Introduction to Beat Making and DJing

Join producer, songwriter, and professional music tutor Bessi as she teaches the basics of beat-making and DJing.

Over the past ten years, Bessi has been passionately involved in the music industry as a music producer & songwriter. Songs they’ve produced have had radio support from Radio 1 & Radio 6 Music, Jazz FM, and millions of plays on Spotify.

Bessi is also a composer on the Universal Music Roster, producing for their album ‘100% Her’, following this with the original composition ‘Take It Slow’, used for the 2020 Peugeot Advert Campaign. They run ‘Bessi’s Beat School’ events to help encourage and support upcoming producers to achieve their highest creative potential.

Her production style lends well to jazz, neo-soul, R’n’B, pop & electronic styles, from arranging and songwriting to production and mixing, & they continue to expand their genre explorations behind the desk.
